Overview

This half-day Leadership Resilience & Wellbeing Lab equips managers to stay deeply human and relentlessly effective under pressure — building teams that don’t just survive disruption, but grow stronger through it. Participants work through two connected behavior sets from the Knowledge Net™ framework while using Coach Net™, FMA’s proprietary AI partner, to apply insights in real time.
